In direct relation to the growth, the number of calls the ESD has responded to has increased significantly. Call volumes increase every year. To keep up with the community growth and to help homeowners impact their insurance premiums, additional infrastructure, equipment, and paid personnel will be required to keep response times at the current level or better.
